Otium (E-ISSN 2532-0335) is a peer-reviewed scientific journal devoted to the thought and culture of the ancient world. The journal provides a stimulating and informative variety of research papers that aim to deepen and broaden our knowledge and understanding about the way of thinking, imagining, feeling and developing a symbolic production.

Otium is therefore not specifically dedicated to a particular sector of the artistic, material and literary production in antiquity, likewise it is not focused on any of the possible approaches of contemporary archeology. The analysis of interactions, the search for connections and the opportunity of defining a more complex portrait of antiquity are the leading objects of our journal.
